🥍 CWS Fall Ball Update - Week 2
Good evening, CWS families!
Week two of Fall Ball is underway, and we're excited about the season ahead. We currently have 17-18 players registered, and participation has been fantastic. Please make sure to read this email, it includes the link to the waiver (I hope I did it correctly!!)
🎉 Early Registration Drawing Winner
To encourage early registration and help with planning, we held an automatic drawing for families who registered on or before August 21.
Congratulations to Sawyer Kolb's family, who was randomly selected to receive a $50 registration credit refund!
Thank you to everyone who registered early. Having most players signed up by August 21 greatly helped us prepare for the fall season.

Goerke Park - Turf Field (Under the Lights)
Stevens Point, WI
⏰ Arrival & Setup
Please have players arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to gear up and assist with field setup before practice begins.
🤝 Facility Courtesy
Our field time is scheduled around other activities at Goerke Park. Please be respectful of groups using the facility before and after our practice times so everyone can transition smoothly on and off the field.
🥍 Equipment & Uniform Information
Helmets & Jerseys
Coaches will work with players who did not purchase a jersey set this summer and would like to borrow equipment or uniforms for the fall season.
For families planning to continue with the program, jersey packages may be purchased online and include:
- Game Jersey
- Shorts
- Shooter Shirt

As we prepare for next summer, we will survey current and prospective players regarding sizing and preferred jersey numbers to assist with future ordering.
