For boys, we recommend a thin tethered mouthguard to ensure they fit tightly against the top row of teeth. This allows players to remain vocal while on the field. There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to communicate when your open for a shot. We discourage big and bulky mouthguards that cover a players lips.

We also highly recommend, a water bottle that has a long straw to fit through the facemask. Sub rotations are often times very quick, and players don't have enough time to take a helmet off. In addition, younger players often times struggle to buckle chin straps.
